These rates apply to script installs, Web Site Development, or any other custom programming.
Site transfers from cPanel to cPanel are free up to 20 sites in most cases.
Site moves to or from a non cPanel server are $150 per site in most cases.
This would include moving a site from a shared server to a VPS.
