Any customer requesting a refund in 30 days or less will get a refund with no questions asked. Please however help us be a better company by telling us why you are leaving so that we may do better the next time.
The only products that don't have a 30 day refund are SSL certificates. They have a 25 day refund policy.
The 30 day refund policy only applies to Shared Hosting/Reseller Hosting packages.
Domains are also nonrefundable. Any refund will not include the price of the domain purchased if purchased through us. Once you own that it is yours to take with you wherever for the term of registration.
Anyone violating the Terms Of Service, or Acceptable Use Policy will not get a refund.
There is absolutely no refunds ever on VPS/Cloud Servers/Dedicated Servers.
